Meet Our Cows

Our cows spend their lives grazing freely on East Texas pastures, where they enjoy plenty of grass and open space to roam.

They are pasture raised and grain finished to ensure the perfect balance of flavor and tenderness in every cut.

We never use hormones or antibiotics. Just honest, healthy ranching the way it's meant to be. Raised with care by a cowgirl, our cattle produce beef you can feel good about feeding your family.

Ground Beef:

~25 lbs (packaged in 1 lb portions)

Steaks:

  • • Ribeye: 3-4 steaks (~5-6 lbs)
  • • T-Bone / Porterhouse: 3-4 steaks (~5-6 lbs)
  • • Sirloin: 3-4 steaks (~6-7 lbs)
  • • Filet Mignon (Tenderloin): 2-3 steaks (~2-3 lbs)

Roasts:

  • • Chuck Roasts: 2-3 roasts (~10-18 lbs)
  • • Arm / Shoulder Roasts: 1-2 roasts (~5-6 lbs)
  • • Rump Roast: 1 roast (~3-4 lbs)

Brisket: 1 large brisket (~4-5 lbs)

Short Ribs: ~3-4 lbs

Flank Steak: 1 (~2 lbs)

Skirt Steak: 1 (~2-3 lbs)
